密蒙花与其伪品金佛山荚蒾花的鉴别

Identification of Buddleja officinalis and its counterfeit flowers of Viburnum chinshanense

目的：对一种新发现的密蒙花混淆品进行调查鉴定，并与正品进行比较鉴别。方法：基源、性状、显微、ＴＬＣ和ＵＶ光谱鉴别。结果：二者性状、显微特征和化学成分均有明显区别。结论：此种新的混淆品为忍冬科植物金佛山荚 （ＶｉｂｕｒｎｕｍｃｈｉｎｓｈａｎｅｎｓｅＧｒａｅｂｎ．）的干燥花及花序，与密蒙花有明显不同，不能作密蒙花使用。

To identify a new adulterant of Buddleja officinalis and compare it with the Buddleja officinalis Maxim. METHOD:Identification of origin,morphology,microstructure,TLC and UV spectral analysis.RESULTS:Both of them are different clearly in the origin,morphology,microstructure,and figures of TLC and UV spectral analysis.CONCLUSION:This new adulterant really is the dried flowers and inflorescence of Viburnum chinshanense.It can not be used as Buddleja officinalis.
