摘要
目的:千金藤植物中分离提取罗痛定、痛可宁时,发现两者生物碱各具特殊荧光,用此特征作为鉴别观察结果。方法:样品于载玻片上,置紫外分析仪上观察。结果:此荧光鉴别法能在1min内区别出易混种的千金藤属中的广西地不容(Stephaniarwangsiensis)与汝兰(S.sinica)的植物块根及其主要成分:罗通(L-四氢巴马汀)与痛可宁(L-荷包牡丹碱)的中间产品及精品。结论:此荧光鉴别法用于采收药材、生产检测的鉴定中,既快又准,能节省大量人力物力财力。
OBJECTIVE:Rotundine(L-tetrahydropalmatine)and Tongkening(L-dicentrine)were alkaloids isolated respectively from the root tubers of Stephania kwangsiensis H. S.Lo and Stephania Sinica Diels grown in Sichuan.Their own specific fluorescent light was found and used as special feature to identify the two kinds of tubers mentioned above. METHODS:Samples on carrier were observed by UV analyzer.RESULTS:We identified in 1 minute the root tubers of two similar species,S.kwangsiensis and S. sinica,of Stephania and mid-and final-products of rotundine and Tongkening which were primary compositions extracted from the root tubers mentioned above. CONCLUSION:The method which was proved rapid and accurate is suitable for the identification of drugs and their relative products.
