摘要
为从基因水平研究问叶源性肿瘤的分子生物学特性,给临床提供有益的信息,应用微波处理ABC免疫组化法,对87例人纤维源性肿瘤进行了P53蛋白表达的检测。结果显示:P53蛋白表达总的阳性率为20.7%。在纤维瘤、隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(DFSP)、纤维肉瘤(FS)和恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)中的阳性率分别为O、4.0%、37.5%和62.5%。随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加,P53蛋白表达增加,P53蛋白表达与DFSP和MFH的组织学亚型无关,但和FS的分化程度及肿瘤转移呈显著相关,因此,检测P53蛋白的表达,可作为纤维源性肿瘤恶性程度、转移潜能及预后判断的重要参考指标。
An immunohistochemical method utilizing microwave oven treated avidin-biontin com plex (ABC) technique was used in this study to detect P53 protein expression in 87 parafin-embedded fi brous neoplasm tissues. The results showed that the total positive staining rate was 20. 7%. The posi tive staimmg rate in fibroma (FA), dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) fibrosarcoma (FS) andmalignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) were 0%, 4. 05`, 37. 5% and 62. 5% respectiyely. The positivestaining rate of P53 protien was increased with the increase in malignancy of the neoplasma. The expres sion of P53 protein was not correlated with the subtypes of DFSP and MFH, but correlated with cell dif ferentiation. There fore, detection of P53 protien expression may have significant value in the evaluationof rnalignancy, metastatic potential and the prognosis of fibrous neoplasma.
