本文简单介绍了ＩＣ卡的性能特点，读写设备及应用领域，给出了ＩＣ卡典型应用系统的硬件构成及功能特点。
This article introduces the functional characteristics,reading-writing facilities and applications fields of IC card.It also gives good overview oif the hardware construction and functional characteristics of a typical applications system of the IC card.
