摘要
通过分析和探讨影响隔膜法烧碱蒸发系统Ⅲ效真空度的几个因素,提出其改进设计措施。重点介绍了大气冷凝器的上水泵使用低扬程、大流量泵的工艺,以及正常开车时,在不开启喷射泵的情况下,通过旁路管可以排出不凝气等技改措施。
The design measures on the vacuum system of Ⅲ - effect evaporation are suggested by analyzing and discussing a few factors effecting the vacuum tightness of Ⅲ - effect in diaphragm caustic soda evaporation system. The process is emphatically introduced about using the low - lift and large - flow pumps as the water charging pumps of the barometric condensers, as well as the technic improvement measures by discharging incondensable gas through by -pass pipes during normal running without operating ejector vacuum pumps.
