摘要
安全性和精度控制是三坐标激光非接触测量技术在武器系统测量领域中应用所必须解决的问题。本文在简要介绍某军用三坐标激光非接触测量系统的基础上,详细介绍了该系统在安全性和精度控制方面所采取的措施,并对系统误差和异常数据处理方法进行了讨论。最后,通过测量应用实例对上述理论分析进行验证,结果显示,该系统单点测量精度优于7μm,球面度测量精度优于22μm,测量系统的安全性和精度符合该武器系统使用要求。
Safety and precision eentrol are problems that 3 - coordinate laser non - contact measuring technology be used in weapon system measuring field, and those problems must be solved. In this paper, based on a brief introduction of a certain military 3 - coordinate laser non - eontaet measuring system, the measures of safety and precision control be taken in this measuring system are introduced in greater detail, in the same time, the system error and the method of abnormal dates processing are also discussed. Finally, the above - mentioned theory amdyses are verified through applies this measuring system to measure a standard parts, the measuring result shows that the measuring accuracy of single point y is batter than 7μm and the measuring accuracy of spherical surface degree is batter than 22μm, so the safety and precision of measuring system accord with the using demand of this weapon system.
