摘要
本文讨论了小型二极管泵浦固体激光测距仪系统的电路组成,重点研究了二极管激光驱动电源的结构和组成、雪崩光电二极管及放大电路的结构。本文研究的激光驱动器,在采用2W激光二极管作为泵浦源时,可以输出脉冲宽度200μs-2ms,峰值电流2安的电流;雪崩光电二极管在195V偏压情况下,可以达到最佳接收效果。
