世纪之交,西北人,摄影为业余之业。搭车行，忘路之远近。忽逢禾木村，河岸数千步。尽桦树，层林尽染，木屋错落，影人甚异之……停数日辞去，后寻向所志，常迷醉其中，乐而忘返……“西北有禾木”．画册名。数年之游随性所作也。众友闻之，欣然规往。皆日此乃桃源胜地，后遂问津者多矣……
At the cross of the century, a native of Northwest China visited Hemu Village.Along the river, there＇re birch trees mixed with wooden houses.I stayed there for a couple of days and fell in love with the village.For photographers, there never lack of inspirations in the village.
