83例未成年人系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床分析

Comparative Study of Adult and Children Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

对83例未成年人系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者和200例成年人患者的临床特点进行了对照研究。结果发现未成年患者初发症状明显。中枢神经系统损害两组间发生率无显著性差异,但未成年组从发病至中枢神经系统症状出现的平均时间明显短于成年组。肾脏受累的发生率两组间无显著性差异,但未成年组受累的严重程度明显高于成年组,且从发病至出现肾脏损害的平均时间明显短于成年组。未成年组 C3、C4降低的发生率明显高于成年组。

A comparative study of systemic lupus erythematosus in 83 child(CSLE) and 200 adult (ASLE) patients was carried out.The results showed that,in child,the first signs of CSLE were more obvious than those of ASLE.The incidence of nervous system involvement in CSLE was similar to that in ASLE,but the interval from disease onset to nervous system involvement was shorter in CSLE than in ASLE.The incidence of renal involvement was not different in two groups.But the degree of severity of renal involvement was higher in CSLE than in ASLE,and the interval from disease onset to renal in- volvement was shorter in CSLE than in ASLE.The incidence of decrease of complement C3 and C4 was much higher in CSLE than in ASLE.
