摘要
针对磁铁矿的粒度组成和磁性特征,根据不同粒级的磁选试验及结果分析,提出了粗、细粒级分别处理的思路,经对选矿方案的探索性试验研究,使精矿品位提高1.16%、回收率提高1.75%,对选厂的技术改进具有较好的参考价值。
According to grain composition and magnetic features of magnetite, magnetic dressing tests using magnetite of different sizes have been done. Based on analysis of test results, the idea of separated dressing of magnetite in coarse ＆ fine grain size was raised and the experimental tests have been done achieving increment of concentrate grade by 1. 16% and increment of recovery rate by 1.75%.
