摘要
合成了丙烯酸类共聚破乳剂,研究了温度、溶剂用量、时间和单体配比、引发剂用量、pH调节剂用量、有无阻聚剂等因素对反应的影响。最佳条件下合成的产品加药量50mg/L,在80℃,8h内,脱水原油含水7.01%。
We have synthesized demulsifier of acrylic acid series with method of copolymerization, and studied the factors of influence for reaction as to temperature, dosage of solvent, time, dosage of monomer, dosage of solicitation, dosage of pH regulator, have or not polymerization inhibitor. In the best condition, at the synthesized product dosage of mindical 50mg/L, 80℃, within 8 hours, the water in the separated crude oil 7.01%.
