摘要
以野百合喊复制Wistar大鼠肺动脉高压模型,应用光镜和电镜观察汉防己甲素对肺腺泡内动脉构形的影响。结果表明:汉防己甲素可使肺腺泡内动脉中膜厚度、中膜厚度占血管外径百分比、肌型动脉数及部分肌型动脉数分别减少16.4%、30.5%、24.3%和16.4%,并使无肌型动脉数增加24.7%,肺腺泡内动脉内皮细胞变性减轻,中膜胶原纤维和周细胞的增生和肌样分化减少。对其作用机制进行了探讨。
Rat’s pulmonary hypertension was in-duced by a single subcutaneous injection of monocro-taline. The influences of tetrandrine (Tet)upon thestructure of intraacinar pulmonary arteries(IAPA )was studied by light and electron microscopy.The re-sults indicated that Tet reduced thickness of IAPAmedial membrane,the ratio of the thickness of IAPAmedial membrane to the diameter of IAPA,the num-ber of circular muscular artery and partially muscularartery about 16.4%,30.5%,24.3%and 16.4% re-spectively , and Tet increased the number of nonmus-cular artery about 24,7%. It also decreased the degen-eration of IAPA, collagen of medial membrane,prolife-ration and myoid differentiation of the pericyte,and it increased the number of IAPA.The authors dis-cussed why Tet caused such changes.
