摘要 建立了在碱性体系中采用高效阴离子交换色谱和紫外检测器联用测定海水中碘离子的分析方法。以63 mmoL/L NaOH为淋洗液,利用IonPac AS16型强亲水性阴离子交换分离柱, 碘离子在8.3 min洗脱,经抑制器后进入紫外检测器在波长226 nm处检测。方法的检出限为 0.05μg/L(进样量500μL,3倍信噪比),标准曲线的线性范围为1-2000μg/L(r=0.999 5)。 20 μg/L碘离子标准溶液9次连续进样的相对标准偏差为1.85%。方法已成功地应用于海水中碘离子的测定,1 μg/L碘离子的加标回收率为98%-105%。 A method for determination of iodide in seawater by high performance anion exchange chromatography with ultraviolet detector (HPAEC-UV) in basic system has been established. Using 63 mmol/L sodium hydroxide solution as mobile phase, iodide can be separated within 8.3 min on highly hydrophilic IonPac AS16 column. Iodide is detected at 226 nm on UV detector after suppression. Detection limit of the method for iodide is 0.05 μg/L (500 μL injection, signal-to-noise ratio is 3 ). The calibration curve for iodide is linear from 1 μg/L to 2000 μg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9995. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n =9) for 20 μg/L iodide standard solutions is 1.85%. The method has been applied for the determination of iodide in seawater with recoveries of 98% ~ 105%.
