摘要
选用三种类型的活性染料(Cibacron红LS-2G、Cibacron黄HW、Cibacron红FN-R)对大豆蛋白纤维针织物染色。用正交实验的方法,探讨工艺条件(纯碱的用量、硫酸钠的用量、温度)对吸尽率、固色率的影响。以固色率为主要标准,优化工艺条件,确定染色工艺。实验结果表明:这三种活性染料对大豆蛋白针织物的固色率不是太高,可用于染淡色和中色。
Three types of reactive dyes, Cibacron Red LS-2G, Cibacron Yellow HW200% and Cibacron Red FN-Rare used to dye the soybean fibre knitted fabrics and the process conditions are optimized by orthogonal experiments.The result shows that fixation yield of these three types of reactive dyes on soybean fibre knitted fabrics is not veryhigh so that they can be used to dye the fabrics for light to medium shades.
