膀胱癌及其癌旁组织中ras-P^(21)蛋白的表达

IN BLADDER CANCER AND ITS SURROUNDING TISSUESEX- PRESSION OF ras-P^(21) PROTEIN

冯玉贵九台市人民医院 摘要 应用免疫组织化学技术（ＡＢＣ法）对４２例膀胱癌及癌旁组织中ｒａｓ癌基因产物Ｐ２１蛋 白检测结果表明：癌组织中Ｐ２１阳性率和癌分组织中阳性率分别是７３．８％，１４． ３％。Ｐ２１蛋白的阳性 率随着病理分级、肿瘤分期的上升其阳性度增强，在癌究组织中Ｐ２１阳性者其预后更差。

P21 protein of ras oncogene in 42 cases of bladder cancers and their surrounding tissues was detected by immunohistochemical technique(ABC method)positive staining was detected in 73. 8% bladder cancer tissues and in 14. 3% of the surrounding tissues. The positive staining rate correlated with the pathological grading and staging of the cancer. The result also shows that positive staining P21 protein in the surrounding tissues has worse impact on the prognosis of bladder cancer.
