摘要
本文以大鼠四血管闭塞法造成全脑缺血模型为实验对象,观察了交换输血对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的ATP酶水平以及脑组织含水量的变化。实验结果表明,大鼠脑缺血20min再灌注30min进行交换输血,可以增强度层和海马Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性,皮层Ca^(++)-Mg^(++)-ATP酶活性增高(P<0.05),但海马Ca^(++)Mg^(++)-ATP酶活性无明显的变化(P>0.05)。交换输血对脑组织含水量无明显的影响(P>0.05)。本实验的结果提示,交换输血有助于改善脑组织的离子转运功能,对减轻脑水肿的程度及其他方面的脑组织损害可能有益。
In the anesthetized rats, acute complete cerebral ischemia was produced by occluding the four arteries supplying the brain. 10 rats were killed after ischemia for 20 min and reperfusion for 45 min, 10 rats were performed with exchange transfusion with other 10 health rats' whole blood after reperfusion for 30 min, and were killed after exchange transfusion for 15 min. The activities of Na+K+-ATPase+a+-Mg+-ATPase+and the content of rat brain were measured. The histological and ultrastructural alterations were observed. In the exchange transfusion group, the activities of Na+-K + -ATPase increased both in hippocampus and cortex compared with the controll group (P< 0. 05,P<0. 005 respectively). The activities of Ca+-Mg+-ATPase in cortex increased (P<0. 05). The results show that exchange transfusion could improve the membrane permeability of the nerve cells, and may have some effects on the delayed low reperfusion.
