鼻内镜术后局部应用糖皮质激素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察鼻内镜术后局部应用糖皮质激素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效。方法:随机将300例慢性鼻窭炎鼻息内患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组168例,对照组132例,治疗组术后局部应用糖皮质激素。结果:随访6~12月,治疗组168例中治愈152例(90.5%),好转12例(7、l%),复发4例(2.4%),总有效率97.6%;对照组132例中治愈107例(81.1%),好转12例(9.1%),复发13例(9.9%),总有效率90.2%。两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:鼻内镜术后局部应用糖皮质激素对预防鼻窦炎鼻息肉复发效果显著。 Objective: To evaluate the role of glucocorticoids locally applied in chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 300 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, in which local glucocorticoid hormone plus routine treatment and routine treatmeat alone were given respectively after operation. Results: During a follow-up from 6 to 12 months, 152 (90.5%) patients were cured, 12(7.1% ) were relieved and 4(2.4% ) were suffering from nasal polyps again in the treatment group, whereas 107 (81.1% ), 12(9.1% ) and 13 (9.9 % ) respectively in the control, the difference between the two groups was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Glucocorticoids locally applied in sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic surgery are effective for preventing the recurrence.
