摘要
切削数据是衡量切削技术水平的一个基本量值,对切削参数进行有效的管理应用是提高企业生产技术水平的最有效措施之一。本文主要介绍了基于J2EE框架和Oracle数据库的多层分布式体系结构及基于该结构的金属切削参数管理系统。应用该系统可以完成金属切削参数的输入,更新、删除、检索和输出等有效管理,极大地提高了切削参数的使用效率和加工系统的经济效益。
Cutting data is a basic value of evaluating the cutting technology, and managing the cutting parameter effectively is one of the best methods of improving the productivity of enterprises, The multi-tier distributed application services system based on J2EE and Oracle is introduced and applied to the Management System of Metal Cutting Parameter (MSMCP), In MSMCP inputting, updating, deleting, searching and outputting of metal cutting parameter can be accompli shed effectively. The MSMCP improves the efficiency of managing cutting parameters and the economicalbenefit of machining system greatly.
