This paper introduces a kind of control system of facility based on Intemet and PCM, This system use SCM of Motorola MC68HC908GR8 and PCM as nucleus, with network correspondence and the electdc power carder wave technique, embed SCM system into traditional facility, And correspondence the Master card with facility through PCM, to reach the realization intelligentize and network of facility.
