航海状态下腹部闭合性实质脏器损伤的超声诊断

Diagnosis of closed abdominal traumas by ultrasonography in navigation environment

目的探讨航海状态下超声诊断对腹部闭合性损伤的意义。方法回顾性分析1992年 2月至2003年12月间256例发生在舰船、海岛、码头等与航海有关的各种场所和各种原因所致的腹部闭合性实质性脏器损伤患者的超声检查结果。结果超声诊断为腹壁软组织损伤144例,合并脾肝肾损伤140例;实质性脏器损伤196例,合并腹壁软组织损伤140例;空腔脏器损伤13例。结论航海状态下腹部闭合性损伤的超声诊断可指导临床对伤员采取合理的治疗措施,对航海环境及海战场的伤员抢救有重要意义。

Objective To explore the clinical value of diagnosing closed abdominal traumas by ultrasonography in navigation environment. Methods Uhrasonographic results of 256 cases of closed abdominal traumas occurred at places like warships, islands, and wharfs were analyzed. Results Through ultrasonography, 144 cases of parenchyma traumas in abdominal walls, 140 cases of incorporated traumas in spleens, livers and kidneys, 196 cases of parenchymatous viscera traumas, 140 cases of combined parenchyma traumas in abdominal walls, and 13 cases of viscera traumas were diagnosed. Conclusions Diagnosis of closed abdominal traumas by ultrasonography may have important significance for the casualty treatment in navigation environment and naval battles.
