腹腔镜下射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤46例临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨治疗子宫肌瘤微创、合适的手术方式。方法在腹腔镜的直视下,射频消融刀头穿刺于肌瘤的中心部凝固肌瘤,凝固后将肌瘤剥除,如果为侧壁肌瘤或后壁近骶韧带处肌瘤,则只凝固不剥除。结果46例患者术中出血少,术后无不适,无1例术后病率,术后随访,子宫很快恢复至正常,6个月后B超下肌瘤明显缩小或消失。结论腹腔镜下射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤比超声引导下穿刺治疗更安全、有效,是一种微创、合适的治疗子宫肌瘤方式。 [Objective] To study minimally invasive approach in treatment of myoma of uterus. [Method] With laparoscopic guidance, the radio frequency ablation (RFA) electrode is inserted into the center of myoma, the myoma is ablated, and then is removed. As to myoma at the side of uterus, and myoma at the back of uterus and close to utersacral ligaments, only ablate it. [Results] The 46 patients loss httle blood during in-operation, and have no major complications and side affects during pest-operation. The post-operative follow-up indicates that uterus recover quickly and the myoma contracts significantly after 6 months with ultrasound oberservation. [Conclusions] Laparoscopic RFA for myoma is more safe, feasible and efficacious than ultrasound guided transvaginal RFA.
