摘要
为了应对恐怖事件,台风、地震等自然灾害,瘟疫、流行性病毒爆发等病害,笔者从供水系统建设这个角度阐述如:合理选择水源,保障原水水质及取水安全;净水厂处理工艺、清水池蓄水量、安全生产软硬件;输配水管网建设、材料选择等,就城镇供水安全建设提出建议和方法。
In order to deal with the terror event, natural disaster ,typhoon, earthquake, plant disease , plague, epidemic viral eruption, and so on, the paper elaborates it＇s opinion from the water supply system, inchuding reasonable choice of water source, original water quality and water security, water works processing craft, clear basin water - holding capacity, safety in production software and hardware ; distribution network of water supply construction, choice of material and so on. And then puts forward the proposal and method on the cities water supply safety construction.
