摘要
为了培育与外资银行进行全面竞争的能力,我国商业银行的许多方面都还需要更深入的改革和调整,其中,银行的法人治理结构是一个关键性问题。通过对世界各国商业银行治理结构的成功经验进行研究,并依据我国国情,提出我国商业银行治理结构进一步改革的操作思路和举措。
In order to more effectively compete with foreign capital banks, Chinese commercial banks need further reform in many aspects and bank governance structure is a crucial issue. This paper analyzed the successful experiences of commercial banks around the world, and brought forward, according to Chinese situation, the further reform selection of Chinese commercial banks.
