摘要 对光学显微镜以及电子显微镜的发展进行了回顾,重点介绍了自20世纪以来显微镜技术的重大进展,并对激光共聚焦显微镜和扫描隧道显微镜进行了重点介绍。 The development of optical microscope and electron microscope is reviewed in this paper, with emphasis on introduction of important development of microscope technology since the 20th century, especially on Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope and Scanning Tunneling Microscope.
