摘要
介绍了高炉出铁沟耐火材料、炮泥、硬质压入料的研究与应用的进展。从环保、长寿、高炉顺行的角度,给钢铁行业的工作者以借鉴,以利于降低成本,提高高炉的利用效果。铁沟采用溶胶结合、无污染浇注料,炮泥采用树脂或无污染有机物结合,提高硬质压入料的抗氧化性与抗侵蚀性能是发展方向。
The development and application of refractories used in iron runner, gun mud and hard extruding repairing material is introduced. It is shown that using sol bond and unpolluted castable to iron runner, adopting resin bond or unpolluted organic compound bond to gun mud and improving the anti-oxidation and erosion resistance of hard extruding repairing material are the good ways to lower the cost of pig iron and increase utilization coefficient of blast furnace.
