摘要
简要介绍了棒材的生产工艺,结合生产实践,分析了影响棒材定尺率的主要原因,提出了调整堆拉关系、改写脉冲当量、手动调节活套等合理措施,从而使棒材的非尺大幅度减少,定尺率得到显著提高。
The paper introduces briefly the production procedure of bar and analyses the primary reasons of affecting fixed length ratio of bar. Some reasonable measures for adjusting the relation of pile and haul, changing pulse , regulating looper manually and so on are put forward, thus reduces non-sizing bar and increases fixed length ratio.
