高炉精料与炼铁成本的关系研究

Relationship Between Blast Furnace Beneficiated Burden and Ironmaking Cost

在剖析生铁成本主要构成的基础上,从入炉矿品位、炉料结构、原料和燃料的质量与成分等方面,论述了精料与炼铁成本的关系;提出了优化配料和提高自有矿山精矿品位、根据企业自身情况确定合理炉料、提高烧结矿和焦炭质量、以及采取料场混匀技术确保入炉料成分稳定等降低炼铁成本的途径。

The composition of ironmaking cost was briefly described and some major factors such as beneficiated burden, reasonable charge mixture ,quality of raw material and fuel, which affect the relationship between benefielated burden and blast furnace ironmaking cost discussesd. The importance and necessity of using beneficiated burden and reasonable charge composition in BF for decreasing cost of iron and steel products are also discussed.
