摘要
近年来,为了克服基体辅助激光解吸/电离质谱(m atrix-assisted laser desorption/ion ization m ass spectro-m etry,MALD I-MS)测定小相对分子质量物质(sm all relative molecu larm ass compounds,SMC)(<1 500 u)所存在的问题,采取了许多行之有效的方法。这些方法的使用进一步促进了MALD I-MS对SMC的定性、定量分析。本文对这些方法的优缺点及在MALD I-MS分析SMC中的应用进行了综述。
Many effective methods based on the matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI - MS) have been developed to overcome problems in the analysis of small relative molecular mass compounds(SMC) ( 〈 1 500 u) in recent years. As a resuh, the applications of MALDI - MS in qualitative and quantitative analyses of SMC have been greatly promoted. This review described the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and summarized their applications in MALDI - MS analysis of SMC.
