摘要
分析仿形切齿机工作原理及其机构运动,在建立锥齿轮球面渐开线齿廓方程的基础上,确立切齿机模板设计的精确方法;进而提出切齿机的数控化方案,建立定量控制的数学模型,为开发大型锥齿轮数控切齿机创建了理论基础。
The paper analyses the work principle of the gear forming-cutting machine and the movement of the mechanism. On the basis of setting up an equation of spherical involute teeth of the bevel gear, establishes an accurate method to design the cutting template, proposes the digital control scheme of the gear cutting machine, setting up the mathematics model of the quantitative control, establishes the theoretical foundation for the development of digital control large bevel gear cutting machine.
