人参皂苷Rg3对培养人瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞增殖活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究人参皂苷Rg3(GS-Rg3)对体外培养人瘢痕疙瘩的直接抑制作用及可能机制。方法:通过活细胞计数法与MTT比色法分别检测不同浓度GS-Rg3(25、50、100和200 mg.L-1)在不同作用时间(24、48和72 h)对成纤维细胞增殖活性的影响。结果:与对照组相比GS-Rg3对瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞有抑制作用,随着时间延长及浓度增加,抑制作用有增加趋势。最大抑制浓度为100 mg.L-1。结论:GS-Rg3对体外培养人瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞有抑制作用,且随着时间延长及浓度增加,其抑制作用增强。 Objective To study the direct inhibition of Ginsenoside-Rg3 (GS-Rg3) on human keloid fibroblasts cultivated in vitro and its possible mechanism. Methods The effects of GS-Rg3 with different eoneentrations (25, 50, 100 and 200 mg·L^-1 ) on proliferation activity of fibroblast hyperplasia at different time were deteeted by viable eount and MTT ehromometry. Results Compared with control group, GS-Rg3 inhibited the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts. The inhibition increased with the prolongation of time and the inereasing of eoneentration. And the max inhibitory coneentration was 100 mg·L^-1. Conclusion Gs-Rg3 can inhibit the proliferation of human keloid fibroblasts cultivated in vitro. And the inhibition will increase with the prolongation of time and the increasing of concentration.
