不同晶形刚玉高温结构行为比较晶体化学研究

摘要 利用高温XRD衍射数据,采用温度比较晶体化学研究方法,研究了不同晶形刚玉(-αAl2O3)的高温结构行为,结果表明:粒状刚玉的晶胞参数(a,c)、Al—O键键长LAl—O受热膨胀作用呈对数增大;晶须状刚玉则呈线性增大;粒状刚玉的晶格热膨胀系数(M)总体趋势呈对数增大,且增大趋势近乎一致,表现出各向同性;而晶须状呈线性增大,其晶胞参数(a)的热膨胀系数比晶胞参数(c)大,表现出各向异性。 By using of high temperature XRD data , the high temperature structure behavior of corundum ( α-A1203 ) with different crystal morphology was studied by comparative crystal chemistry. It was revealed that call parametcr ( a, c ) and Al-O bood length ( LAl-O) d grain corundum were logarithm increase in the result of thermal exqansion, but that of the whisker cormndum were linearity increase. The crystal lattice coefficient of thermal expansion(M) of the grain corundum was logarithm increase almost increase in uniformity tendency, which was isotropy. On the contrary, that of the whisker corundum was increase in whole tendency, the value M of cell parameter (a) is greater than cell parameter( c ), which was anisotropy.
