摘要
在大体积混凝土工程中,由水泥水化热引起的温度应力导致混凝土开裂这一技术难题一直没有得到解决。采用钢渣矿粉来制备C30、C40强度等级大体积混凝土,实验结果表明,钢渣大体积混凝土具有很好的抗渗性能和低收缩值;同时应用混凝土结构的温度收缩裂缝控制理论,对阳逻电厂三期工程混凝土进行了温度应力计算分析,证明该大体积混凝土工程具有很好的抗裂性。
Temperature crock control of mass concrete is an important subject in construction. The major reason of coming into being crack is the temperature shrinking stress by bringing of difference in temperature. Therefore well controlling of difference in temperature and temperature strain are important measures on concrete cracking control. C30, C40 concrete are prepared by the steel slag as the admixture of the concrete in this paper, The results show that the steel slag concrete opppses prefect impermeable and shrinkage performance. The mass steel slag concrete is proved to be anti-cracking in the light of the known temperature crack control theory and engineering experiences.
