摘要
用非离子表面活性刑作为络合碘单质的栽体,加入碘化钾、碘酸钾等助剂,使聚醚碘性能更加稳定。通过正交实验确定了影响碘收率的主要因素及制备聚醚碘的合适配方和工艺,考察了所得聚醚碘的杀菌效果及储存稳定性。研究表明用AEO-9与AEO-7作为络合载体,当质量分数为非离子表面活性剂18%、碘化钾0.05%、碘酸钾0.1%~0.15%、柠檬酸0.2%~0.4%,控制反应温度为50℃,可以得到满意结果。
With the non-ionic surfactant as the carrier of the iodine, by join iodide potassium, iodate potassium, make the polyether-iodine property more stable. Through the orthorhombic experiment to make sure the main influence factor of the iodine yield and the optimized prescription of the preparation and teehnogy of the polyether-iodine. To examine the effect and stability of polyether-iodine. Reaearch showes that with the AEO-7/AEO-9 as the carrter for the iodine , when the quantity of the materials(ω% ) is non-ionic surfaetant 18%, iodide potassium 0.05%, iodate potassium 0. 1% -0. 15%, lemon acid 0.2% -0.4%, and control the temperature of the reaction in 50 ℃ can get the satisfied result.
