摘要
首先介绍A/D转换芯片的原理,然后阐述压控振荡器(V-f)和计数民组成模数(A/D)转换的原理。利用该原理实现了10位高速A/D转换的功能,并设计出实用的A/D转换电路。最后测试了利周该方法实现A/D转换的性能,给出其检测结果。同时说明利用此原理实现不同位数和转换速度的A/D转换器的方法。
The paper introduces the principle of A / D conversion chip, and then describes the A/ D conversion mechanism based on a controlled oscillatory and data counters. With that mechanism, a 10-bit high-speed A/ D convertor is implemented.However, as explained in the paper, the mechanism can be used to realal A / D conversion of different bits and speeds. Finally, some results of peiformance tests are given.
