摘要
本文阐述在数据处理中运用编码技术对信息进行压缩表示，给出编码位数算法和应用举例，并讨论了编码技术应用中应注意的一些问题。
This article states that the compressed information pressed with encoding technique in data processing.It gives algorithm on encoding bits and application examples. Andalso discuss several noticable problema about encoding technique in application.
