系统工程在水能规划中的应用

摘要 系统分析是运用建模及预测、优化、仿真、评价等技术对系统有关方面进行定性与定量相结合的分析,为选择最优或满意的系统方案提供决策依据的分析研究的过程。我们做水能规划就是利用可行且可靠的方法、技术更合理的配置水能(即优化水能配置),最终获取更大的社会效益和经济效益。通过应用数学模型,并举了一个算例,来说明系统分析方法中的优化思想在水能规划中的应用。 System analysis is an analytical process of analyzing the system of all concerned with characterization and determination using technology such as modeling and forecasting, optimization, emulating, valuation etc. It provides decision evidence to selecting the optimal or selfsatisfying system scheme. Water power utilization planning is a sensible distribution of hydropower using feasible and reliable methods or technology. Its purpose is getting the maximal social effects and economic benefit. In this article, the optimization ideas of system analysis methods using in water power utilization planning are stated according to the mathematical models and a computation ease.
