By potting the important thought of Three Represents into practice, the party- wide learning activity on keeping the leading role of CPC （Communist Party of China） members has been steadily carried out. As an important subsystem of the entire social system,universities and colleges enjoy a basic status and key importance to the development of the party＇ s great cause and the improvement of the party＇ s administrative capacity, in terms of how the activity has been carried out and how the group of party members is built. To ensure the efficiency of the activity and its extension to the educational field, every university and college needs to maintain the faculties＇ acknowledgement of its own situation,their participation in its administration, their supervision and the transparency of its own affairs.
