摘要 目的探讨奶牛附红细胞体对兔的感染情况。方法用奶牛附红细胞体及被鼠转接的奶牛附红细胞体,腹腔接种连续7d静注免疫抑制剂(地塞米松)的新西兰兔,采用血液涂片染色镜检的方式,观察附红细胞体在兔体内的出现及消长规律。结果在使用免疫抑制剂的情况下,奶牛附红细胞体经小鼠转接后,可以造成兔感染,并呈现一定的规律性。附红细胞体在兔体内的首现期、高峰期、消失期分别为接种后的第5天,第6—7天和第9天。结论附红细胞体的宿主特异性可被打破。 Objective To study the infection of E. wenyoni on rabbit. Method E. wenyoni and E. wenyoni transferred by mouse were inoculated into New Zealand rabbit, which was injected with immunosuppressant (dexamethasone) through abdomindal cavity. The increase and decrease of eperythrozoon was observed in the rabbit by light microscopes. Result E. wenyoni transferred by mouse could infect the rabbit injected with immunosuppressant and E. wenyoni regularly appeared in the blood of rabbit. The time of appearance, peak and disappearance of E. wenyoni in the blood of rabbit was the 5 th days, the 6 th - 7 th days, the 9 th days after infected respectively. Conclusion We can break the host' s specificity of Eperythrozoon.
