摘要
文章基于我国新课程改革和教师发展的教育背景,提出了经验合作教学的校本教师培训构想,对经验合作教学的概念、理论来源、对教师发展的促进作用及其在实践中的可行性进行了论述。
Based on the background of new curriculum reform and teacher development in China, this paper gives a school -based teacher training framework. In this framework, teaching is based on experience cooperation. The author put forward a systematic theoretical framework for the approach of this kind of teaching, including its concept, sources of the theory, effects on teachers and its'practical feasibility.
