摘要
通过运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对山东省农村中学体育师资进行了调研分析。研究结果表明:山东省农村城镇中学在职体育教师人数比例、学历、工作量基本合理,但福利条件与其他教师相比,明显偏低。
Through-ough the methods of data, questionnaire, visiting specialists and statistics, it analyzes the gym teachers＇ situation at middle schools in country town of Shandong province. The results show that their population ratio, educational level and quantity of work are reasonable, but compared with the other teachers, the welfare is obviously lower.
