Effective supply of public goods in rural is a key element that will have some positive effects on the incomes of peasants. However, the supply of public goods for farmers will produce some negative effects. It is important for us to be rational awareness and promote the positive response. Therefore, we should do our utmost to accelerate the increase of peasants＇ income.
