摘要
大部分学者认为由于欠缺法律信仰生成的土壤,我国传统社会根本不存在法律信仰。而事实上,我国传统社会是存在法律信仰的,不过在信仰程度、信仰方式上与西方社会不同。中国传统社会的法律信仰是一种伦理价值型的法律信仰。
Short of the soil that legal faith come into being, many scholars believe our traditional society does not have legal faith at all. In fact, there lies legal faith in our traditional society which is different from the West countries. The legal faith of our traditional society is the type of ethics value.
