陕南水土资源可持续利用的对策

Strategy of Sustained Use of Water and Soil Resources in the South of Shaanxi Province

陕南水资源相对丰富,但耕地紧缺,局部水土流失严重,这一直是制约该地社会经济发展的主要因素。目前,随着陕西经济强省建设步伐的不断推进,如何按照科学发展观的要求,合理利用好陕南现有的水土资源,促进经济、社会、环境的协调发展,努力建设社会主义新农村是摆在陕西人民面前的一项重要课题。

The south of Shaanxi province is relatively rich in water resources. But it is a serious lack of farming land resources and serious soil and water losses take place in some areas. These are the major factors to limit the development of the local social economy. At present, Shaanxi province is advancing to practice the aim of becoming one of the powerful economical provinces in the west China. In front of Shaanxi people, there appears a big subject that is how to make a reasonable use of existing soil and water resources, promote the harmonious development of economy, society and environment and try best to construct a new socialist countryside based on the demands of a reasonable development viewpoint. For 14 the author summarizes up the present situation of the soil and water resources, analyzes the reasons of existing problems, thinks about a new path of development and explores practicable strategies.
