21世纪,东亚区域合作的内在动力在加强,但前进中也出现了明显的阻力。这主要是来自日本方面与历史问题相关的政治因素的干扰。正确认识和对待历史问题,不仅是中日关系的政治基础,也与中日韩等国能否顺利开展东亚合作密切相关。因此,在积极推动东亚合作的同时,有必要对历史上日本亚洲观的源流加以分析,从中找出值得汲取的历史经验教训。

The counterforce mainly came from the political factors related to Japan's view of the historical issues.
