肾上腺肿瘤患者介入治疗并发症的护理

Nursing of Complications of Patients Treated with Adrenal Neoplasm Intervention Treatment

总结CT引导下经皮乙酸注射灭活治疗28例肾上腺肿瘤患者术后并发症的护理经验。对28例肾上腺肿瘤患者采用CT引导下经皮乙酸注射灭活治疗,术后观察患者有无疼痛、发热、高血压危象、肾功能损害等并发症并给予相应处理。本组术后20例出现发热,体温37.5～38.5℃,8例出现不同程度腰背部胀痛,3例伤口出血,无1例发生肾功能损害及高血压危象,对症处理后症状消失。该介入治疗创伤小、并发症轻、患者恢复快。术后做好并发症的观察及细致的护理是介入治疗成功的关键。

The paper summarized nursing experiences of 28 patients with adrenal neoplasm who were treated by CT-guide percutaneous acetic acid injection （PAI） for ehemo-ablation. Patients were treated by CT-guide percutaneous acetic acid injection （PAl） for ehemo-ablation. After the treatment, complications such as pain, fever, hypertension crisis and damages to BUN were treated properly, As a result, 20 patients had a low fever （37.5-38.5℃）; 8 patients suffered from pain in the back and waist; the cut of 3 patients blooded; and no case had hypertension crisis and damage to the patients＇ BUN. After the proper treatment, all symptoms disappeared. The intervention treatment has smaller cut, fewer complications and quicker recovery. Close observation of postoperative complications and careful nursing are key to intervention treatment.
