摘要 目的了解临床护士床头交接班时存在的问题,提出相应的管理措施。方法采用问卷对110例病人进行调查,内容是护士床头交接班时存在问题,根据存在问题采取相应管理措施:转变观念,提高护士对床头交接班重要性的认识;加强素质教育,树立良好的护士职业形象;保护病人隐私;对病人一视同仁。结果护士床头交接班语言不规范18例,占16.4%;仪表不得体3例,占2.7%;注意力不集中10例,占9.1%。青年组病人认为侵犯隐私11例,占52.4%(11/21);中年组认为有焦虑8例,占20.0%(8/40);老年组认为被忽视16例,占32.7%(16/49)。小学文化病人认为被忽视10例,占27.8%(10/36);中学文化病人认为无影响26例,占40.6%(26/64);大学文化病人认为侵犯隐私4例,占40.0%(4/10)。存在问题是由于护士对床头交接班的认识不够、护患沟通技巧不足、病人文化层次低、人际交往少。结论针对护理人员床头交接班存在问题采取相应管理措施,对于保证病人得到全身心的照顾是非常必要的。 objective To understand the problems existing in bedside-shift and put forward pertinent countermeasures. Methods The questionnaires on problems of bedside-shift were completed by 110 patients. According to the problems, the hospital took some pertinent countermeasures: changing the concepts, improving nurses' cognition on the importance of bedside-shift, enhancing quality education, establishing good professional images of nurses, protecting patients' privacy and treating all patients equally. Results Eighteen nursed didn't have standard language, which accounted for 16.4%; 3 had improper clothes, which accounted for 2.7%; 10 patients hold that nurses absent-minded (9.1%);11 young-patients thought that their privacies were violated (52.4%); 8 middle aged patients thought that they felt anxious(20.0%); 16 old-patients thought that they were, ignored(32.7%); 10 patients whose cultural level was primary school thought that they we~ ignored(27.8%); 4 patients whose cultural level was college thought their privacies was violated (40.0%). These problems occurred because nurses didn't realize the importance of bedside-shift and had not enough skills of communication with patient, patient's cultural level was low and the capability of communication was inadequate. Conclusion According to these problems existing in bedside-shit, putting forward pertinent management countermeasures is very necessary to provide more comprehensive care for patients.
