摘要 己二酸是重要的化工中间体。己二酸的传统合成方法是用硝酸氧化KA油(环己醇和环己酮的混合物)或环己醇,该方法会产生大量的氮氧化物(N2O)和废酸,严重污染环境。本文介绍了以含钨化合物为催化剂,催化合成己二酸的研究进展。以钨酸钠、钨酸、三氧化钨或磷钨酸为催化剂,用过氧化氢可以直接氧化环己烯或环己醇、环己酮合成己二酸,含钨化合物表现高的催化活性。这些工艺不会对环境造成污染,是清洁合成己二酸的可行性方法。 Adipic acid is an important chemical intermediate in organic synthesis. The traditional production processes of adipic acid is oxidation of KA oll ( a mixture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone ) or cyclohexanol by nitric acid. A large amount of nitrous oxide (N2O) and waste acid producted from this process and pollution environment serious. In this paper, the research progress on catalytic synthesis of adipic acid with tungstie compound were reviewed. Using sodium tungstate, tungstic acid, tungstic oxide or phosphotungstic acid as catalyst, cydohexene or cyclohexanone, cyclohexand can be directly oxidized to adipic acid with aqueous hydrogen peroxide. The tungstic compound possess high catalytic activity. This method avoids environmental pollution. It is thought that the research and progress is a feasible process of clean synthesizing adipic acid.
