摘要
文章从当前我国生态住宅创新与城市规划发展所遇到的瓶颈问题出发,阐述了生态环境的重要意义和生态住宅创新与城市规划发展之间的辩证关系,提出了生态住宅创新与城市规划协调发展的原则和新加坡大型住宅区设计与城市规划发展的启示。
This paper expounds the significance of ecological environment and the dialectical relationship between the innovation of ecological residence and city planning and development based on the bottleneck problems we have met. The author then puts forward the principles for the harmonious development of ecological residence innovation and city planning and development, and also explains the enlightenment from the influence of large--scale living quarter of Singapore on the city＇ s planning and development.
