食盐对卡托普利治疗盐敏感型高血压疗效影响的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察不同摄盐条件下,血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)-卡托普利对盐敏感型高血压和非盐敏感型高血压的降压效果,指导老年型高血压患者的治疗与护理。方法60例原发性高血压患者,根据盐负荷试验分为盐敏感型和非盐敏感型两组,每组患者随机分为高盐饮食组和低盐饮食亚组,观察卡托普利对各组患者的降压疗效。结果卡托普利对盐敏感型高血压患者的降压效果在高盐饮食组较低盐饮食组明显;而在非盐敏感型高血压患者,卡托普利对高盐饮食组与低盐饮食组的降压效果差别无显著性。卡托普利对两型高血压患者的终末绝对降压效果与摄盐量无关。结论ACEI类药物卡托普利对盐敏感型高血压患者和非盐敏感型高血压患者具有类似的终末降压效果,在高盐摄入条件下的盐敏感型高血压患者对卡托普利的降压有更好的反应性。 [Objective] To observe ACEI captopril's depressurization effect to salt-sensitive hypertension and salt-resistant at different salt uptaking condition, to guide hypertension patients' therapy and nursing. [Method] According to salt stress tes4 dividing 60 primary hypertension patients to salt-sensitive hypertension and salt-resistant hypertension group, in each group, high salt diet and low salt diet were given randomly. Observing captopril's depressurization effect to every group. [Result] In salt-sensitive hypertension group, captopril's depressurization effect to high salt diet patients is more remarkble than low salt diet patients, while in salt-resistant hypertension group, this effect difference is not obvious. Captopril's depressurization effect to the two group is independent to salt uptaking, [Conclusion] ACEI eaptopril has the homologous depressurization effect to salt-sensitive hypertension and salt-resistant hypertension. On high salt uptaking condition, salt-sensitive hypertension patients is more sensitive to captopril.
