摘要
利用AVL公司HYDSIM软件对顶隙式喷油泵柱塞进行分析,顶隙柱塞改变了喷油速率曲线,使发动机燃烧柔和,有利于降低NOx和燃烧噪声;同时,分析了顶隙结构参数(磨削深度和磨削高度)对供油提前特性、喷油提前特性的影响;结果表明,采用顶隙式柱塞可使喷油始点提前2.2°凸轮转角,满足配机要求。
Based on the AVL fuel injection simulation software HYDSIM, this paper gives a simulation analysis on top clearance plunger pump. By changing fuel injection rate, the top clearance plunger can soften engine combustion, reduce NO, emission and noise. With different top clearance parameters (different depth and height of groove), subsequent effects on fuel delivery advance and injection advance characteristics were analyzed. Results show that the top clearance plunger can advance fuel injection by about 2.2 cam degrees, which meets the practical engine match.
